With two decades of experience in education, LaTonya Ordaz is a faith-driven educator and leader committed to advocating for inclusive, equitable learning environments where every child is valued and supported.
She has served in elementary school leadership for over a decade and is the Founder of Advocate Together, an organization rooted in collaboration, service, and empowerment for students, families, and educators.
She holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies, as well as a Master’s degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on Special Education and Inclusion. Pursuing her Doctorate in Special Education.
Guided by her faith and a passion for advocacy, her work reflects a belief that all learners are created with purpose and deserve the opportunity to thrive.
